1. Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the facilities and services provided by Play Padel Club Ltd, trading as Play Padel Club: Deal (“the Club”). 

By booking a court, entering the Club premises, or using any Club services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Club’s Privacy Policy, and where applicable, the Membership Terms. 

 
2. Definitions 

  • Club: Play Padel Club Ltd, trading as Play Padel Club: Deal 

  • Customer: Any person making a booking or using the facilities 

  • Member: A Customer holding an active membership 

  • Facilities: Courts, clubhouse, and all associated areas 

  • Booking: Any reservation for courts, events or activities 

  • Playtomic: The Club’s booking platform 

 
3. Applicability 

These Terms & Conditions apply to: 

  • all Customers and Members 

  • all bookings and visits 

  • all use of the Facilities 

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the Club’s services. 

 
4. Bookings 

4.1 All court bookings must be made via Playtomic or other authorised Club channels. 

4.2 Bookings are personal and may not be resold or transferred. 

4.3 The Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify bookings in cases of: 

  • misuse 

  • breach of Club rules 

  • technical issues 

  • operational or safety reasons 

5. Payments 

5.1 Payments are processed securely via Stripe. 

5.2 All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. 

5.3 The Club does not store full payment card details. 
 
 
6. Cancellations & No-Shows (Bookings) 

6.1 Cancellation rules apply at booking level, not membership level. 

6.2 Cancellation windows and applicable charges vary depending on: 

  • booking type 

  • peak or off-peak 

  • Member vs Pay & Play 

6.3 Applicable cancellation terms are shown in Playtomic at the time of booking and are binding. 

6.4 Failure to cancel within the applicable window may result in: 

  • loss of booking credit 

  • full charge 

  • temporary booking restrictions 

7. Use of Facilities 

7.1 Courts must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked session. 

7.2 Appropriate sports footwear and attire must be worn at all times. 

7.3 Coaching or commercial activity is only permitted with Club approval. 

7.4 Equipment and Facilities must be used responsibly. 
 

8. Conduct & Behaviour 

8.1 All Customers and Members are expected to behave respectfully towards: 

  • other players 

  • staff 

  • guests 

8.2 The Club operates a pragmatic but firm behaviour policy. 

8.3 The following behaviour will not be tolerated: 

  • abusive or aggressive conduct 

  • discrimination or harassment 

  • deliberate damage to property 

8.4 The Club may take action including: 

  • removal from the premises 

  • booking restrictions 

  • referral to Membership Terms for Members 
     

9. Health & Safety 

9.1 Participation in padel is at your own risk. 

9.2 You confirm that you are physically fit to play. 

9.3 The Club is not responsible for injuries unless caused by proven negligence. 

 
10. Liability 

10.1 Use of the Facilities is entirely at your own risk. 

10.2 The Club is not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. 

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: 

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence 

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 

  • any liability that cannot legally be excluded 
     

11. Force Majeure 

The Club is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

  • extreme weather 

  • power or internet outages 

  • government restrictions 

  • technical failures 
     

12. Memberships 

12.1 Membership-specific rights and obligations, including provisions on duration, renewal, billing and cancellation, are governed by the Membership Terms. 

12.2 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the Membership Terms shall prevail in respect of Members. 

13. Complaints 

Complaints should be submitted in writing to: marit@playpadelclub.co.uk 
The Club aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe. 
 

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions 

14.1 The Club may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. 

14.2 The latest version will always be available on the Club’s website. 

14.3 Continued use of the Facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. 
 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
