Memberships at Play Padel Club: Deal – Key Information 

Our memberships are designed to give regular players better access, priority and value, while keeping court availability fair for everyone. 
 

How memberships work 

• Memberships are registered via our website 

• Your benefits are linked to your personal Playtomic account 

• Playtomic is used for bookings and benefits, but memberships are managed by Play Padel Club: Deal directly 

 
Contract options 

• Flex Membership – minimum 1 month 

• Standard Membership – minimum 3 months 

After the minimum term, memberships continue until cancelled. 

 
Cancellation 

• Memberships can be cancelled after the minimum term 

• A 30-day notice period applies 

• Cancellation must be sent to:

• Cancellations via Playtomic are not accepted 

• No refunds are provided for paid membership fees 

 
Benefits & fair use 

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable 

• Benefits apply only while your membership is active 

• Misuse of benefits or booking privileges may result in restrictions or termination 

 
Injury or illness 

Memberships may be paused in cases of injury or illness, subject to approval.
